ABOUT THE LEGION & THE TOURNAMENT.
There are not many organizations in our community that can boast 100 years and going strong. Branch 10 on 2nd (Veterans) Ave. has been a memorial to lost veterans from our area; a place of comfort for our Veterans and most importantly, a gathering place for the community. Many of the other service organizations who work to make Strathmore and Wheatland County a great place to call home got their start ‘at the Legion.’Our mission has remained constant and 2026 marks the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion and Branch 10 Strathmore. To mark this auspicious year, we will host a few celebratory events including our 5th Annual Veterans Memorial Golf Tournament . It is a special year, and we need your help! This tournament is key to having the funds to satisfy our mission in support of Veterans and the community.
